On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Accountant. Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative tasks to support the accounting department. ResponsibilitiesPerform general accounting tasks, including but not limited to maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including gathering and analyzing financial data.Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and projects.Support the accounting department in month -end and year -end closing procedures.Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide documentation as required.Maintain and update financial databases and systems.Handle basic secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.Prepare and deliver presentations on financial topics to internal stakeholders.Maintain document control by organizing and managing financial records, invoices, and other relevant documents.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting regulations. RequirementsBachelor's degree inaccounting or a related field.At least 1 year ofexperience in accounting or secretarial roles.Fluent in Tagalog & EnglishExperience in documentcontrol is desired.Strong presentation skillswith the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detailand accuracy in financial data.Excellent organizationaland time management skills.Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong ethics and integritywhen handling sensitive financial information.Excellent written andverbal communication skills.Ability to multitask andprioritize workload effectively.
