Our client — a leading martial arts sports club in Riyadh — is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service, engage with members, and contribute to sales growth.

About the Company:

The club is one of the pioneers in teaching and spreading martial arts in Riyadh, offering a professional experience that empowers individuals and fosters a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person reception
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce training programs and membership options
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans to ensure satisfaction and increase sales
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential leads and close sales efficiently
- Address feedback and complaints professionally to enhance customer loyalty
- Accurately document all interactions and calls using Bevatel and prepare periodic reports
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet organizational goals
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and maintaining the club's positive reputation
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or telesales (experience in the sports sector is preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
- Professional and courteous in handling all customer interactions
- Proficiency in computer use and cloud-based systems (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with contact center systems (Bevatel or similar)
- English proficiency is a plus
