About the Role
The Global Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support and manage influencer and UGC initiatives across international markets for a skincare brand focused on results-driven beauty. You will manage campaign planning, talent outreach, content coordination, and post-campaign analysis. You'll build long-term creator relationships and ensure that all content and collaborations consistently reflect the brand's identity, values, and visual language.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer and UGC campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and beyond.
Identify, negotiate, and build partnerships with global creators and beauty influencers.
Create detailed campaign briefs, manage PR send-outs, and oversee timelines and deliverables.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize future collaborations for stronger ROI.
Maintain long-term relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.
Experience Required
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or PR, ideally within beauty, skincare, or wellness.
Proven track record of managing or supporting influencer campaigns.
Understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and beauty trends.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Creative eye for content and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
