Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies specific to the CDUP2040 project, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contracting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring their performance meets the project's requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify best practices, pricing, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Implement robust procurement policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and establish procurement timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the procurement team to foster success and professional growth.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on procurement activities and project progress.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master s degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in a managerial role within relevant industries.
- Proven track record of executing successful procurement strategies for large-scale projects.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in procurement analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and best practices in the industry.
