We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing, strong writing capabilities, and experience in social media management, event organization, and design. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

· Develop creative and engaging content that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

· Write articles, blog posts, and newsletters highlighting the company's services and products.

· Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility in search results.

· Review and edit content to ensure quality and relevance to the target audience.

· Create and implement posting strategies on social media platforms and LinkedIn.

· Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.

· Analyze data and metrics related to performance to improve marketing strategies.

· Organize paid advertising campaigns on social media to increase brand awareness.

· Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, booklets, and digital content.

· Use design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce appealing visuals.

· Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

· Regularly update visual content to keep it aligned with the latest trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
