The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and team management, with proven abilities in report preparation, staff motivation, and operational leadership. This position plays a critical role in developing trainers, enhancing productivity, and supporting the company's growth vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop the team of trainers to achieve the highest standards of service and performance.

• Oversee daily operations, cultivate a positive and productive work atmosphere, and implement strategies to improve team collaboration.

• Prepare periodic reports on team performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with senior management to align team objectives with organizational strategy.

• Motivate staff, encourage innovation, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to building the company culture and developing future leaders within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in fitness center management, team leadership, and coaching.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate company vision into clear goals and actions.

• High professionalism, adaptability, and initiative.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

تعلن شركة رائدة في قطاع الرياضة والصحة بمدينة الرياض عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمدير مدربين لياقة بدنية ذو خبرة في الإدارة والتطوير المهني للفرق الرياضية. يشترط أن يكون المرشح لديه خلفية قوية في مجال اللياقة البدنية، وإدارة الفرق وتحفيزهم لتحقيق أفضل النتائج، وإعداد التقارير، والمساهمة الفاعلة في تطوير الشركة وتحقيق رؤيتها المستقبلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة وتطوير فريق المدربين لضمان تقديم أعلى مستويات الخدمة والكفاءة.

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، وتفعيل ثقافة عمل إيجابية منتجة، وتطبيق استراتيجيات تحسين التعاون بين الفريق.

• إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بأداء الموظفين وكفاءة العمليات ورضا العملاء.

• التنسيق مع الإدارة العليا لضمان توافق أهداف الفريق مع إستراتيجية الشركة.

• تعزيز الحافز والإبداع، وترسيخ مبدأ التحسين المستمر والمساءلة.

• الإسهام في بناء ثقافة الشركة وتهيئة قادة المستقبل ضمن الفريق.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال، أو الإدارة الرياضية، أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل ذلك).

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مراكز اللياقة أو قيادة فرق عمل في المجال الرياضي.

• مهارات تنظيمية واتصالية عالية وقدرة على إدارة فرق متنوعة.

• قدرة استراتيجية على تحويل رؤية الشركة إلى أهداف وخطط واضحة.

• مستوى عالٍ من المهنية والمرونة والمبادرة.
