Role Overview:
We are seeking a
highly motivated Field Engineer
to join a leading technical services team in the Oil & Gas industry. You will execute and supervise well service operations, deploy advanced downhole tools, maintain equipment, and ensure the highest standards of HSE compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute field well intervention operations (rig-up, monitoring, rig-down).
- Operate, maintain, and redress downhole tools and equipment.
- Lead post-job inspections, maintenance, and reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Provide accurate real-time updates to clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and support team development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- 3–5 years of hands-on field experience in:
- Coiled Tubing / Wireline
- Hydraulic Fracturing / Stimulation
- Wellbore Clean-out / Downhole Tool Deployment
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and field resilience.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
