We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to work as a Project Engineer on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site activities, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities for civil construction projects.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Lead and guide site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and technical documentation.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to optimize project execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site management, construction methods, and project execution.
  • Experience in supervising teams and guiding technical staff.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in buildings, infrastructure, roads, or bridges projects.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
