Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar for a Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer. The role involves assisting with structural design, project estimation, site inspections, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also include supporting project management activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and preparing technical reports and documentation as needed. The candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience while working on various industrial and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, structural design, and materials science
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or other structural design and drafting software
  • Knowledge of construction standards, project planning, and site management
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and adhere to health and safety protocols
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Internship experience in construction or related projects is a plus
