We are seeking a Saudi national Civil Engineer (female preferred) who is a recent graduate from a Saudi university, with strong interest and exposure in construction supervision and engineering management. The role supports technical oversight, coordination, and quality assurance activities across infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public works.
This position is ideal for a junior engineer looking to grow within a consultancy / supervision environment (non-contracting) and develop both technical and managerial competencies.
Provide support in construction supervision and quality assurance activities for roads, bridges, and public infrastructure projects under senior engineer guidance.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, geotechnical, utilities) to support design alignment and issue resolution.
Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs for compliance with approved designs and standards.
Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and construction monitoring activities.
Support engineering management and coordination tasks, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure civil works comply with client requirements, Saudi authority regulations, and applicable standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a Saudi university (mandatory).
Saudi national (Saudiization role); female candidates preferred.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years' experience in supervision, consultancy, or project coordination.
Exposure to construction supervision and/or engineering management through internships or training.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Are you a fresh graduate or do you have no more than 2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, or project coordination
- Have you coordinated with more than one discipline (e.g., structural, architectural, utilities, or contractors) to follow up on drawings, approvals, or site issues?
- Have you been responsible for any management-related task such as tracking deliverables, preparing reports, documenting site observations, or following up on actions?
