Job Summary:

Rabou' Construction Company offers a co-op training opportunity within the Legal Department, aimed at providing students with practical exposure to legal work related to commercial matters and the construction sector.

The trainee will assist in contract review, legal correspondence, claims and dispute support, and legal research, under the supervision of the legal team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial and construction-related contracts and agreements

* Prepare draft legal letters and official correspondence

* Support in organizing and following up on claims, disputes, and commercial litigation files

* Conduct legal research related to commercial laws, civil transactions law, civil procedures, and other relevant Saudi regulations

* Assist the legal team in preparing and organizing documents related to ongoing disputes or cases, if any

* Support compliance and governance-related legal tasks

* Attend legal, project, or dispute-related meetings and prepare summarized legal notes

* Organize and maintain legal files, including contracts, claims, disputes, and correspondence

* Perform any other legal support tasks assigned by the legal supervisor

Educational Qualifications
:

* Student in Law, Legal Studies, Sharia, or a related field

* Co-op training must be a graduation requirement from the university or college

* GPA: Very Good or above (preferred)

* Interest in commercial law or litigation (preferred)

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of Saudi commercial laws and related regulations

* Legal research and legal text analysis skills

* Ability to read, understand, and summarize legal documents

* Strong Arabic legal drafting skills (English is a plus)

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
