Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for civil projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, budgets, and reports for internal and client review.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to support project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company procurement policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Saudi Arabia (civil construction or related sectors)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
  • Proven track record of successful procurement management in large civil projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
