Overall Purpose of the Position:

To analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements that support the development of digital systems and services. This ensures that solutions align with the organization's goals and digital strategy while achieving integration between business and technical teams.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze business needs from departments and stakeholders, and translate them into understandable, actionable requirements.
  2. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and ensure their completeness and quality according to approved standards.
  3. Analyze current systems (As-Is) and design future processes (To-Be), identifying opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
  4. Coordinate with development, product management, and digital experience teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies and functional-technical analysis for new digital initiatives and projects.
  6. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each digital service or product in collaboration with business teams.
  7. Participate in preparing the digital roadmap and monitor service readiness.
  8. Test and validate deliverables by reviewing and verifying that solutions meet requirements with the business owner.
  9. Provide analytical recommendations to senior management regarding priorities, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  10. Support change management and adoption processes through documentation of digital journeys and clarification of the expected impact of new projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably holds a professional certificate in Business Analysis such as
    CBAP
    or
    PMI-PBA
    .
  • Preferably holds a professional certificate in Project Management such as
    PMP
    or
    Agile Certified Practitioner
    .

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or digital projects.
  • Experience in requirements analysis within government environments, large corporations, or major institutions.
  • Experience using business analysis and requirements management tools such as
    Visio, Miro, Bizagi, Confluence, Jira
    .
  • Good knowledge of agile methodologies (
    Scrum / Agile
    ).
