As a Sales Manager based in the Riyadh region, I focus on leading sales teams and driving sustainable business growth through effective sales strategies, strong customer relationship management, and consistent achievement of sales targets. I oversee end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience.

In collaboration with senior management, I develop and implement sales plans aimed at increasing market share, improving team performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team while setting and monitoring sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Oversee lead generation and qualification processes
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management

  • In-depth knowledge of market prices, trends, and data analysis
