We're looking for a highly skilled IT Manager with a strong technical background to lead and manage our infrastructure, DevOps, networking, and security operations. This role blends hands-on implementation with team leadership across core IT domains including Active Directory migrations, CI/CD pipelines, Layer 2/3 networking, Microsoft 365 security, and endpoint/email protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Active Directory migrations (on-prem, hybrid, Azure AD).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments including security, compliance, and email protection (ATP, DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
  • Oversee deployment and management of enterprise security tools (Darktrace, Bitdefender, Mimecast, Proofpoint, Forcepoint).
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Lead data migration initiatives with minimal downtime (on-prem, cloud).
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Implement configuration management with tools like Ansible or Puppet.
  • Configure and maintain Layer 2/3 networks, including VLANs, BGP, OSPF, STP.
  • Manage firewalls, routers, VPNs, and implement robust network security (IDS/IPS, ACLs, Zero Trust).
  • Perform Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and implement remediation.
  • Maintain accurate network/infrastructure documentation and incident response playbooks
  • Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 support operations and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Administer backup and DR solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Commvault).
  • Utilize RMM tools (ManageEngine, SolarWinds) for monitoring and support.
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and DevOps roles.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms, and network engineering.
  • Practical experience with enterprise-grade security and monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of VAPT, backup/DR, and endpoint/email security.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Must be open for travelling Internationally.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Security/Azure Administrator, Security+, CEH, AWS/GCP certifications.
