This team will play a critical role in shaping new propositions across deposits, savings, cards, and financing products. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with cross-functional squads working alongside digital, operations, and risk teams to bring innovative and compliant solutions to market.

We are looking for experienced banking professionals with strong product expertise and a delivery-focused mindset. Successful candidates will have prior experience in developing or managing retail banking products and will be confident navigating the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis through to testing, launch, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance consumer banking products, ensuring commercial viability and regulatory alignment.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, working closely with risk, operations, finance, and digital channels.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Define product requirements, documentation, and business cases to support executive approval.
  • Manage pilot phases, testing, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Contribute to a culture of agile delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is a 12-month, fully onsite assignment in Riyadh, with travel and accommodation covered. The project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the region s most significant banking transformation programmes while working alongside an experienced, international team.

What We re Looking For

-7+ years experience in retail or consumer banking product roles.

-Strong understanding of liability or financing products (current/savings accounts, deposits, loans, or cards).

-Exposure to Islamic banking principles is highly valued.

-Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under tight deadlines.

-Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
