Role Overview:

The
Structural Estimator
will prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete and steel structures, perform detailed quantity take-offs, analyze drawings and specifications, and collaborate with design and tendering teams to ensure competitive bids.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in estimation for structural or civil construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of
    construction methods, materials, and local market rates
  • Proficiency in
    estimation software
    and
    MS Excel
  • Excellent
    analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with
    value engineering
    and
    cost optimization
    is a plus
