Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, troubleshooting any system malfunctions, and ensuring optimal performance. The technician will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and completing preventive maintenance tasks to uphold customer satisfaction. Collaboration with a team and adherence to safety standards are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair, including Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Skills in Troubleshooting technical issues related to heating and air conditioning systems
  • Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through high-quality service
  • Possession of EPA certification or equivalent qualifications relevant to the industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
