Seeking a Procurement Manager specializing in tools and supplies to optimize procurement operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure resource availability for projects.Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, evaluating, and building partnerships with reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiating terms to secure quality, price, and timely delivery for essential tools and supplies.
  • Developing and managing supplier contracts to minimize risks and achieve cost savings.
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to:
  • Assess requirements and forecast inventory needs.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels for smooth project flow.
Oversee the procurement budget:
  • Monitor spending and find cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards:
  • Monitor supplier performance based on quality, timely delivery, and compliance.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues or discrepancies quickly.
Maintain detailed records and analyze procurement data:
  • Provide insights on trends, costs, and supplier performance.
  • Support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience in tools, equipment, or supplies.
  • Strong sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
