We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our technical and site execution teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying works related to construction, infrastructure, and fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with design and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys using total station, GPS, and level instruments.
  • Establish control points and benchmarks on-site and verify site levels and dimensions.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, drafting team, and project managers to ensure alignment with approved drawings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, records, and reports.
  • Verify subcontractor works and prepare as-built survey drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects.
  • Proficient in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.
  • Strong knowledge of site layout, leveling, and quantity verification.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates currently based in Riyadh are preferred.
  • Saudi Driving Licence is a must
