Role Purpose

Lead the governance and delivery of
design & supervision
projects. Manage teams and resources, control schedules and deliverables, and issue
periodic reports
covering progress, risks, quality of outputs, and commercial linkages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a
    multi-project portfolio
    , standardize methods and workflows across teams.
  • Set up and enforce
    engineering governance
    (SOPs, templates, RACI).
  • Own the
    Master Schedule
    , resource planning, and loading.
  • Review/approve design outputs and reports prior to client/authority submission.
  • Chair design coordination & site progress meetings; drive issue resolution.
  • Oversee
    RFIs/Submittals/As-Builts
    and
    Change Control
    .
  • Ensure compliance with local codes/authorities (e.g.,
    SBC
    , Civil Defense, Mostadam).
  • Build
    KPIs & dashboards
    (progress, risks, productivity, cash-linked deliverables).
  • Maintain a living
    Risk Register
    and mitigation/escalation paths.
  • Lead, coach, and scale the engineering team (hiring, onboarding, training).
  • Standardize weekly/monthly reporting to executives and clients.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and vendors (prequalification, agreements).
  • Support billing milestones by linking approved deliverables to invoicing.

  • High-risk closure rate within SLA | Client NPS | Staff retention

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (Architecture preferred; related disciplines accepted with team-lead experience).
  • 10+ years
    total experience with
    3–5 years
    managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2)
    ;
    Arabic not required
    .
  • Outside-MENA
    experience preferred.
  • Strong user of
    Primavera/MS Project
    ,
    Revit/AutoCAD
    , and
    ACC/BIM 360
    .
  • Solid command of
    RFIs/Submittals/Change Management
    lifecycles.
  • Eligible for
    Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
    registration.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
