Manager - BIM - MBS Stadium - SPA 357

We are seeking a Digital Delivery & BIM Manager with relevant experience in complex building or infrastructure projects - ideally in the Middle East region. In addition to day-to-day Client-side BIM management activities, the individual will be responsible for implementing, governing, and maintaining the project's Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) environment ensuring consistent digital workflows across the Management Contractor (MC), Lead Design Consultant (LDC), Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) and specialist Subcontractors.

The role focuses on platform setup, workflow configuration, digital QA/QC, progress tracking, and collaboration management, aligned with complex multi-package delivery. You will work closely with the LDC, MC, CSC, specialist Subcontractors, and the Client's wider delivery organization to ensure data accuracy, structured communication, and reliable digital reporting on one of Qiddiya's flagship projects. This position reports to the Project's Digital Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities
BIM Management

• Perform Client-side project BIM management activities across RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6 on behalf of Qiddiya through proactive engagement with the LDC, MC, CSC, and Client teams.
• Drive the establishment of a fit for purpose Digital Delivery Execution Plan by Contractors ensuring its alignment with Qiddiya Standards and Requirements.
• Perform assurance on BIM models across all project stages to ensure that they are fit for realizing the target use cases.
• Collaborate with the LDC, MC & CSC BIM Leads to ensure alignment and collective responsibility on Digital Delivery matters.
• Drive adoption of the project Digital Delivery systems and processes by onboarding users and offering technical support as required.

ACC Build Implementation & Governance

• Establish a robust Drawing Management System using ACC Build tailoring the implementation to ensure ease of role-based access to authorized information for the entire project team.
• Lead the full setup and administration of ACC Build, including Docs, Build, Issues, RFIs, Submittals, QA/QC Checklists, Forms, and ACC audit frameworks.
• Configure folder structures, permissions, naming conventions, and workflow rules aligned with ISO 19650, Qiddiya requirements, and project-specific delivery protocols.
• Ensure Contractors and Consultants meet the Qiddiya's digital deliverables, metadata requirements, and documentation standards.
• Manage continuous CDE compliance across all users, including version control, workflow adherence, and audit trails.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary Client-side focal point for all project level ACC Build processes across the wider delivery team.
• Communicate digital workflow expectations clearly to project stakeholders (RFIs, submittals, QA/QC, inspections, issues, site instructions).
• Support field teams through structured digital processes, ensuring alignment with real site progress, fast-track sequencing, and weekly reporting cycles.

Workflow Development & Quality Assurance

• Establish and maintain end-to-end ACC Build workflows from early works through commissioning and handover.
• Ensure QA/QC, work inspection requests, and ITP-aligned checklist processes are properly configured within ACC Build.
• Conduct periodic platform audits for data integrity, compliance, and readiness for O&M asset delivery.
• Support integration of ACC with other applications such as P6 schedules, model-based data, asset tagging, and location-based progress tracking.

Training, Onboarding & Support

• Lead onboarding of all project participants, including local Subcontractors with varying levels of digital maturity.
• Deliver structured training, guidance documents, and digital induction materials.
• Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, and user management across a large multinational workforce.

Reporting & Insights

• Produce digital compliance reports, workflow performance dashboards, and platform usage metrics.
• Ensure ACC Insights or Power BI dashboards reflect accurate progress, issues, risks, and close-out performance.

Requirements
Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years relevant BIM experience and related digital construction tools, BIM/VDC platforms, field technology, or CDEs on complex international projects.
• Firsthand experience implementing PlanGrid, ACC Build or BIM 360 Field at project scale (Docs, Build workflows, QA/QC, RFIs, Submittals).
• Expertise in ACC, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Aconex, BIM 360, and related construction technologies.
• Working understanding of ISO19650, common CDE workflows, naming conventions, and metadata structures.
• Experience coordinating and quality assuring digital deliverables across multiple Contractors and specialist packages during Construction stage.
• Effective communication skills and experience working directly for a Client or Contractor on large, fast-track developments.
• Experience with stadiums, arenas, airports, rail, giga-projects, or similarly complex multi-package environments (preferred).

Additional-to-Have

• Experience with Power BI, ACC Insights dashboards, or data validation routines.
• Knowledge of COBie, IFC, or structured asset data requirements.
• Familiarity with commissioning workflows, digital handover readiness, and FM data expectations.
• Understanding of progress measurement, location-based tracking, or 4D/5D processes.
