Job Description:
 We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Medical Representatives to join our sales team in Saudi Arabia. The Medical Representatives will be responsible for promoting and selling our Nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and make a positive impact on patient care in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion:
     Promote company products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses, through effective detailing and product presentations. Communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
     Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Identify customer needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate product information and support.
  • Market Analysis:
     Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide feedback and insights to sales management and cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategy development.
  • Sales Planning and Execution:
     Develop and implement territory sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Utilize sales tools and resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities and optimize customer interactions.
  • Product Training:
     Stay updated on product knowledge, clinical data, and therapeutic areas to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
     Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in interactions with customers, stakeholders, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Medicine, life sciences, or related field. required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Nutraceutical sales or medical representative role preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Knowledge of the Nutraceutical /pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
