About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead and elevate the company's human resources function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex HR operations within the construction or petrochemical sectors
, and the ability to design and implement policies that support project efficiency, employee engagement, and workforce localization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's growth and project objectives.
  • Lead all HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Oversee manpower planning, project staffing, and workforce mobilization to ensure adequate support for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, HRDF, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Saudization initiatives and implement programs for employee retention and career progression.
  • Design and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems that promote consistency and organizational alignment.
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles and support project leaders in achieving HR and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with senior management to forecast talent needs, assess organizational capabilities, and develop leadership pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Represent the company in dealings with regulatory authorities, labor offices, and training partners.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within the
    construction or petrochemical industry
    .
  • Proven ability to manage HR in large, multi-site, or project-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, HRDF, and local employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
