Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and HSE Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management systems. You will ensure compliance with both local regulations and international standards, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As the Quality and HSE Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, conduct risk assessments, oversee audits, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. You will also manage and mentor a dedicated QHSE team, ensuring that all employees are aligned with the company's safety and quality objectives.

The suitable candidate will be a confident and proactive leader with a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and guide cross-functional teams. You should be a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of operating at both operational and executive levels. A high level of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and adaptability is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in quality and HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and HSE regulations
  • Experience with risk assessment and control techniques
