Role Description

The Guest Relations Supervisor will oversee the guest experience by managing interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising guest relations operations, managing reservations, and collaborating with the front office team to streamline services. The supervisor will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.

Qualifications

  • Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure smooth and professional interactions with guests.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively address guest inquiries and coordinate with team members.
  • Experience in managing Reservations and overseeing related processes to provide seamless experiences for guests.
  • Proficiency in Front Office operations to ensure efficient check-in/check-out and address daily operational needs.
  • Leadership abilities to supervise a team and uphold high service standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or guest services, with a preference for experience in supervisory roles.
