We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial, contractual, and financial management activities on a major giga development project. The role is responsible for overseeing contracts, cost control, procurement strategy, variations, claims, and commercial risk, while working closely with project leadership, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial performance and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in large-scale construction or mixed-use developments, excellent contract administration skills, and a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and high-value portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience with solid international experience
  • Experience in the GCC region would be an advantage
  • Membership to RICS, CIOB or equivalent is desirable
  • Experience working on claims and contracts of mega development projects
  • Strong background and understanding of FIDIC forms of Contract, particularly design & build
  • Knowledgeable in all contractual & legal matters relevant to the industry, including claim management
  • Great leadership and organizational skills.
  • Preferably in Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama.
