Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
DevOps Engineer
. The role requires strong experience in automation, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, scalability, and reliability across the delivery pipeline by implementing DevOps best practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and advanced monitoring solutions. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure secure, resilient, and fast release cycles for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
  • Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, and similar tools.
  • Ensure application and infrastructure reliability, resilience, and cost optimization across cloud platforms.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices to embed security controls into the delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery workflows and improve release velocity.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational standards, and reusable automation artifacts.
  • Contribute to cloud migration, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, or system administration roles.
  • Strong experience working with
    AWS/Azure/GCP
    cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Docker
    , and containerized architectures.
  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as
    Jenkins
    ,
    Git
    ,
    GitLab CI/CD
    , or
    Azure DevOps

  • Proficiency with
    Infrastructure as Code

  • Scripting expertise in

  • Working knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks:

  • Strong understanding of version control, branching strategies, and DevOps governance.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multicultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in DevOps / Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) are an advantage.
  • Experience in highly regulated, enterprise, or public-sector environments in the GCC region.
  • Exposure to platform engineering, GitOps practices (ArgoCD/Flux), or Zero-Trust security concepts.
