Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management

  • Oversee all production operations for indoor and outdoor advertising projects.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to approved specifications.
  • Follow up on workshop and site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor the availability of materials and coordinate with procurement.

2. Planning & Scheduling

  • Prepare production schedules and allocate tasks to the relevant teams.
  • Plan project timelines according to client requirements and company capacity.
  • Identify risks or delays and develop alternative solutions.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with the design team, sales department, and installation teams.
  • Communicate with clients and engineers for technical clarifications when needed.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress daily and submit regular status reports.
  • Document production stages and update management with completed work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and site standards.

5. Team Leadership

  • Supervise production staff, site teams, and technicians.
  • Train and motivate the team to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advertising production (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of printing materials, signboards, fabrication, and installation.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.

Work Environment:

  • Office, workshop, and site visits as required.
  • Direct interaction with clients, engineers, suppliers, and production teams.
