Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Jeddah. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety guidelines. Additional duties may include creating menus, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills including recipe development, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • Experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, and inventory management
  • A deep understanding of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant culinary certifications or training are valued
  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
  • Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
