Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
- Participate in customer meetings led by the Sales Manager to understand business needs and challenges.
- Translate business discussions into
high-level requirements
. - Build solution concepts aligned with the client's needs, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare
Technical Proposals

Solution Overviews
, and
Scopes of Work (SOW)
. - Support sales during the entire opportunity lifecycle until deal closure.
2. Solution Design & Analysis
- Conduct
high-level Fit–Gap Analysis
to validate solution feasibility. - Develop
High-level Solution Architecture
in collaboration with the Technical Office/CTO. - Define solution scope, assumptions, limitations, and deliverables.
- Ensure solutions align with the company's technical standards and delivery methodologies.
3. Presentations & Demonstrations
- Create and deliver
Technical Presentations
tailored to customer needs. - Conduct demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and guided product walkthroughs.
- Represent the company as a knowledgeable technical advisor during pre-sales engagements.
4. Technical Documentation
- Prepare professional documentation, including:
- Technical Proposals
- Solution Architecture Overviews
- SOWs
- RFP/RFI responses
- Document all assumptions, constraints, and solution boundaries clearly.
5. Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure complete alignment on opportunity strategies.
- Coordinate with technical teams to collect detailed inputs when required.
- Provide structured handover packages to Delivery/PMO teams after successful deal closure.
- Assist in internal knowledge sharing and product enablement for the Sales team.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and enhance reusable technical content, templates, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Recommend improvements in solution design and presales processes.
Reporting Structure
Direct Administrative Reporting:
Sales Manager / Account Manager

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years' experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Systems Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Proven background in producing technical proposals and delivering demos.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of the company's technology stack (Cloud, ERP, Security, Integration, etc.).
- Ability to design high-level architectures.
- Capable of analyzing and interpreting business and technical requirements.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong technical writing and documentation ability.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities under pressure.
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills.
