Digital Era is seeking a
qualified and proactive IT Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networks (Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS).
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, connectivity, and security (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, patches, and access controls.
  • Support and execute infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Routing, and Switching.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network protocols.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, EC-Council, Microsoft, VMware) are an advantage.
