Description

Primary Responsibilities: 

​​Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products.  

​Interface with relevant depts. to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested and calibrated.  

​Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols. 

​Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer. 

​Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.  

​Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action. 

​Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products.  

​Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.  

​Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.  

​Participate in NCR investigations.   

​Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. 

​Good relationship with Client, Supplier & ARM/NOV global team members 

​Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures. 

Education/Qualifications:  

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent

Experience Required:  

Minimum 5 years' experience.
