Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Jeddah. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring activities. The role involves building relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded. In addition, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in creating and conducting employee training programs to support workforce development.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members and candidates
  • Experience in providing Training to enhance employee development
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles, particularly within the manufacturing or industrial sector, is advantageous
