Job Summary
To drive service sales within the refrigeration and cold room sectors by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role aims to expand the company's market presence by promoting maintenance contracts, after-sales services, and tailored solutions for clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Identify and engage potential clients in need of refrigeration solutions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through networking and partnerships.
Assess customer needs and present appropriate refrigeration products.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and meet targets.
Technical Consultation & Solution Design
Evaluate client sites to recommend suitable refrigeration systems.
Provide technical advice on system design, efficiency, and best practices.
Develop customized solutions within client specifications and budgets.
Guide clients on installation, maintenance, and system upgrades.
Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise
Stay informed on the latest refrigeration technologies and trends.
Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
Educate clients on product features, benefits, and energy savings.
After-Sales Support
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Key Skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Technical expertise in refrigeration systems.
Excellent communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
Problem-solving abilities for customer-specific challenges.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience: 3+ years in service sales within the refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial sales sectors
Knowledge Required: In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems and cold room technology, sales techniques, and industry standards
Language Skills: Arabic and proficiency in English
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

متطلبات الوظيفة
المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
الخبرة: 3 سنوات أو أكثر في مبيعات الخدمات ضمن قطاع التبريد أو التكييف أو المبيعات الصناعية
المعرفة: إلمام تام بأنظمة التبريد وتقنيات الغرف الباردة وأساليب البيع والمعايير الصناعية
اللغة: إجادة اللغة العربية، مع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
