Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Quantity Surveyor located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost control processes, managing and planning project costs, and delivering regular cost reporting. The role includes evaluating project specifications, obtaining and comparing supplier quotations, and ensuring budget management throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Proficiency in preparing and assessing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Strong skills in Cost Reporting and accurate financial tracking
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in MEP projects and a solid understanding of construction processes
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for quantity surveying and cost analysis
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with an attention to detail
