Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate
    GIS datasets with BIM models
    to create and manage accurate digital twins
  • Develop and maintain spatial data layers for
    urban planning, infrastructure, and asset management
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and interoperability between GIS and BIM platforms
  • Support planning and asset teams with spatial analysis, visualization, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and planning needs into technical solutions
  • Manage updates, enhancements, and quality control of GIS and BIM data models
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for digital twin implementation and usage

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Geomatics, Architecture, Information Technology
    , or a related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
    working with digital twins, GIS layers, and BIM model integration
  • Strong understanding of
    urban planning and asset management workflows
  • Experience with GIS and BIM tools, data standards, and spatial modeling concepts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale or city-level digital twin implementations
  • Knowledge of spatial databases and data integration frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
