Job Title:

Marketing Research Specialist

Job Objective:

To conduct market research and data analysis that supports strategic marketing decisions, enhances customer understanding, and identifies growth opportunities. The Marketing Research Specialist plays a key role in gathering insights that drive product development, campaign effectiveness, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market trends


• Develop and manage surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to collect relevant data


• Analyze research findings using statistical tools and translate data into actionable insights


• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities


• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize research outcomes and recommendations


• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies with market insights


• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven improvement suggestions


• Maintain and update research databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity


• Support feasibility studies for new products, services, or market entry strategies


• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical research standards

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field


• 2–3 years of experience in market research or data analysis


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills


• Proficiency in research tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Google Analytics)


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Language Requirements:


• Fluent in Arabic and English
