Role Summary

The Senior Expert plays a key role in managing and supporting the execution of a Cultural Awards initiative. This role involves supervising project stages, conducting in-depth analyses, providing expert guidance, and ensuring alignment with the company's standards. The Senior Expert serves as a knowledge leader within the team and contributes directly to advancing cultural production and supporting the initiative's impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of the Cultural Awards and ensure annual targets are achieved.
  • Conduct analytical studies and prepare cultural sector reports and insights.
  • Evaluate submissions, initiatives, and outputs based on assessment frameworks and KPIs.
  • Provide technical guidance to judging committees and participate in developing nomination and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of research and deliverables produced by the team.
  • Coordinate with cultural entities, institutions, and individuals to support active participation.
  • Develop cultural content and knowledge materials aligned with sector priorities.
  • Contribute to drafting policies, processes, and operational frameworks for the awards program.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to highlight the initiative and enhance visibility.
