Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Scaffolding Supervisor located in Dammam. The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee daily scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient execution within designated timelines. Responsibilities include supervising scaffold installations, conducting safety inspections, training team members on best practices, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining accurate records of all scaffolding processes. The role requires maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork throughout construction operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in scaffold installation techniques, safety compliance, and high-altitude operations
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams and ensuring efficient workflow
• Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in scaffolding and construction activities
• Proficient in documentation, record-keeping, and creating reports related to scaffolding projects
• Adaptability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders in dynamic environments
• Experience in the construction or scaffolding industry is required
• Relevant certifications in scaffolding management, safety operations, or a related field are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to mitigate risks
