Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential private sector partners (employers) across key industries.
  • Pitch iCareer's employment projects and co-design partnership models that align with employer needs and project goals.
  • Facilitate employer onboarding to active job-matching and training-for-employment projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR, CSR, and business development teams within partner companies.
  • Serve as the liaison between employers and internal project teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.

Project Support:

  • Align partnership efforts with project targets (e.g., number of job placements, specific sectors, geographic coverage).
  • Ensure documentation and compliance of partner data in line with donor requirements.
  • Monitor employer satisfaction and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi national with a strong understanding of the private sector landscape and a passion for employment development. You will be responsible for initiating and managing partnerships with companies to support various employment projects, especially those funded by development partners and government agencies.

Requirements

  • Saudi national (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, employer relations, or CSR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi private sector and employment landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
