A Day in the Life

As a Retail Manager for L'Oréal Luxe in Jeddah, you will be the driving force behind the success of our multi-brand Free-Standing Stores (FSS). Reporting to [Please specify reporting line, e.g., the Retail Director], you will lead your teams to deliver exceptional sales performance and create an unparalleled brand experience for every customer.

Lead Retail Performance: You will define and deliver ambitious sales targets, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and ensure the profitability of each store.
Develop & Coach Your Team: You will recruit, develop, and motivate Store Managers and Beauty Advisors, building succession plans to nurture talent and fostering a culture of excellence through regular coaching.
Drive Brand Strategy & Image: You will be responsible for bringing our brands to life in-store, ensuring flawless execution of visual merchandising, managing brand events, and maintaining consistent brand storytelling.
Optimize Operations & Client Experience: You will oversee everything from stock planning to inventory management, drive a strong clienteling culture, and use customer data to enhance the in-store experience.

A Bachelor's degree.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Retail Excellence: Deep understanding of retail operations and the ability to create a premium in-store environment.
Business Acumen: Strong financial understanding, with experience managing P&L and sales targets.
People Development: Proven ability to recruit, coach, and motivate high-performing retail teams.
Strategic Vision: Capacity to translate brand strategy into actionable retail plans that drive growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skill in using data and analytics to inform business decisions and strategy.
