Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with local and international investors across all subsidiaries of the holding.
  • Prepare, design, and deliver professional investment offers and pitch presentations that clearly communicate project value, ROI, and long-term potential.
  • Present investment opportunities persuasively, highlighting strategic advantages and addressing investor concerns effectively.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with project, finance, and legal teams to structure offers and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain an investor database with ongoing communication, performance reports, and engagement tracking.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with investors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that affect investment strategies.
  • Represent the company in investor meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Handle investor inquiries with professionalism, transparency, and a strong focus on relationship-building.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute investment roadmaps aligned with the group's vision and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in investment management, investor relations, or financial advisory.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, ROI analysis, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and persuade investors, backed by a confident and credible presence.
  • Deep understanding of investment sales techniques and ability to tailor communication to diverse investor profiles.
  • Holds relevant investment or financial certifications demonstrating professional competence and credibility in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully closing investment deals.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking, with the confidence to represent the company in high-stakes discussions and investor forums.
