Job Description:

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and quality assurance. This individual will ensure the clinics are providing the highest quality of care to our patients, and will serve as a liaison between the clinic staff and the administration.

Responsibilities:


• Supervise and evaluate clinical staff, including nurses, and other healthcare professionals


• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care


• Monitor patient flow and ensure efficient patient throughput


• Monitor and manage clinic budgets


• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws


• Assess the quality of care provided by the clinic and identify areas for improvement


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience


• Serve as a liaison between the clinic staff and the administration

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field


• 3+ years of experience in a nursing management role


• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Strong leadership and decision making skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• CPR and First Aid certification
