مطلوب: مدير مبيعات (Sales Manager)

نبحث عن مدير مبيعات متمرس وموجّه نحو النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا، بخبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في مجال المبيعات. نرحّب بالمرشحين الذين يمتلكون سجلًا مثبتًا في قيادة فرق المبيعات، وفهمًا عميقًا للسوق، والقدرة على العمل بشكل فعّال مع مختلف الإدارات.

المتطلبات الأساسية:

· رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية.

· متحدث أصلي للغة العربية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

· تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات وإدارة دورات البيع بكفاءة.

· قيادة فرق المبيعات وتحفيزها لتحقيق النمو المستهدف، مع متابعة الأداء وتطويره.

· بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها لدعم نمو المبيعات.

· إدارة خط المبيعات وتوعية العملاء بالمنتجات والأسعار ونقاط التميز التنافسية.

· تحليل السوق وتحديد الفرص الجديدة وتكييف الخطط وفقًا لذلك.

· التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان التكامل وتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.

· المشاركة في مفاوضات المبيعات والمساهمة في إغلاق الصفقات.

· إعداد توقعات المبيعات وتحديد الأهداف والحصص السنوية.

المؤهلات والخبرات:

· درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة أو خبرة عملية معادلة.

· خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، منها 1 سنوات على الأقل في دور مماثل.

· معرفة قوية بمجال تقنية المعلومات والبنية التحتية (إلزامي).

· خبرة عملية في حلول المبيعات، ويفضّل في حلول تجربة العملاء (إلزامي).

· خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الطوابير تُعد ميزة إضافية.

· قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وبناء فرق عالية الأداء.

نطاق الراتب:

من 7,000 إلى 9,000 ريال سعودي (حسب الخبرة والكفاءة)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team with 3+ years experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Valid Saudi driving license is a must and should be native Arabic speaking.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.

Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.

Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.

Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.

Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Knowledge of IT and Infrastructure is a must.

Hands-on experience in sales solution preferrably in Customer Experience solution is manadatory.

Experience in Queue Management will be an added advantage.

Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.

Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

Salary Range: SAR 7000/- SAR 9000/-

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7, ﷼9,000.00 per month
