The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to individuals or groups, preparing training materials, and ensuring trainees understand technical concepts. Additional responsibilities include assessing training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing constructive feedback to participants to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Training and expertise as a Technical Trainer from TVTC.
  • Strong skills in Training and Development, with the ability to design and deliver engaging programs
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presenting and articulating technical information clearly
  • Prior experience or knowledge of effective training practices and techniques
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
