About the Role

We are seeking highly experienced
Sr. Engineering Leaders (CTO-level)
to lead the full technical function of our Project Company (IPP). As the
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
, you will serve as the single technical authority at the project level—driving engineering excellence, ensuring technical compliance, and enabling seamless project execution in partnership with the Technical Leadership Team.

You will oversee all engineering, design, and technical execution activities across large-scale power and energy infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, thermal power, and transmission systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all engineering and technical activities from conceptual design through execution.
  • Optimize technical designs to enhance efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead technical risk identification, analysis, and mitigation during design and execution phases.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Manage and control technical budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising design integrity.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing internal engineering teams.
  • Serve as the single point of technical accountability to Technical Leaders, providing updates, insights, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with financial, commercial, and construction teams to ensure integrated project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field). Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum
    15 years of experience
    in power infrastructure projects, with strong leadership in engineering design and project execution.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale energy projects (renewables, thermal, transmission).
  • Expertise in design optimization, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical programs.
  • Strong financial acumen related to technical budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
