Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. The Low Voltage Business Unit Manager is responsible for leading and growing the Low Voltage (LV) business, including switchgear, panels, distribution boards, motor control centers, and LV solutions. The role focuses on strategy, sales growth, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the LV business unit strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, products, and customer segments.
  • Prepare and manage the prequalification for LV products.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability of the LV portfolio.

Sales & Commercial

  • Lead and support the technical and sales team in achieving order intake and revenue targets.
  • Review and approve quotations, tenders, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, utilities, and contractors.
  • Negotiate major contracts and ensure commercial risk management.

Operations & Project Execution

  • Oversee LV manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery processes.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and quality teams.
  • Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

Technical & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
  • Support engineering on design approvals, value engineering, and technical problem-solving.
  • Maintain high quality, safety, and HSE standards across all LV activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in Low Voltage systems, switchgear, or panel manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in business unit management, sales leadership, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of LV products: MDBs, SMDBs, MCCs, ATS, capacitor banks, etc.
  • Experience with tenders, EPC projects, and key account management.
  • Strong leadership, commercial, and negotiation skills.
