Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Writer, located on-site in Jiddah. The Service Writer will be responsible for interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and accurately documenting service requests. Day-to-day tasks include answering phones, providing excellent customer service, using computer systems for data entry, and maintaining effective communication with both customers and service teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proven Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in a service writing or customer-focused role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred
