Civil Superintendent

An international general contracting company with high presence in GCC is looking for Civil Superintendent - EPC Fast Track Construction Experience in its Ongoing Construction projects in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary

The Civil Superintendent is responsible for leading and controlling all on-site civil construction activities within industrial EPC and fast-track mega projects. The role focuses on high-volume execution, tight schedules, multidisciplinary coordination, and strict compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of all civil, concrete, architectural, fit-out, steel structure, and PEB works within industrial and commercial EPC projects.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and supervisors to achieve aggressive project schedules and productivity targets.
• Interpret, explain, and enforce approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to site teams.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, piping, and structural disciplines to ensure seamless interface and fast-track progress.
• Monitor daily construction activities, resolve site constraints, and drive corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with EPC quality plans, HSE standards, and client specifications.
• Support look-ahead planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews in coordination with planning and engineering teams.
• Participate in inspections, punch listing, mechanical completion, and final handover activities.
• Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within industrial EPC and fast-track mega projects.
• Extensive experience in civil works, concrete structures, architectural works, fit-out, steel structures, and PEB buildings.
• Proven exposure to industrial plants, warehouses, factories, commercial facilities, or large-scale developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and their interfaces with civil works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼13, ﷼18,000.00 per month
